--- title: POS 系統資料建立與收銀流程導覽 description: "##### 資料建立與環境設定 在開始收銀結帳前，有些基本資料需要先建置好，才有…" url: "https://help.bethel.com.tw/docs/catering01-02_001/" updated: "2025-04-09" category: 餐飲業 POS / 餐飲業 POS 概覽 / 系統通用操作與導覽 --- # POS 系統資料建立與收銀流程導覽 ##### 資料建立與環境設定 在開始收銀結帳前，有些基本資料需要先建置好，才有資料可以顯示在POS系統上，資料建立和環境設定的流程可參考下圖： [![](https://help.bethel.com.tw/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/-png.webp)](https://help.bethel.com.tw/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/-png.webp) 流程說明： **1.基本資料建立與匯入：** 基本資料包含[廠商行業別](https://help.bethel.com.tw/docs/catering05-01-01_001/)、[廠商基本資料](https://help.bethel.com.tw/docs/catering05-01-01_002/)、[商品分類資料(中分類)](https://help.bethel.com.tw/docs/catering05-01-02_001/)、[小分類資料](https://help.bethel.com.tw/docs/catering05-01-02_002/)、[餐點基本資料](https://help.bethel.com.tw/docs/catering05-01-03_001/)、[附餐類別資料](https://help.bethel.com.tw/docs/catering05-01-03_002/)、[口味加料](https://help.bethel.com.tw/docs/catering05-01-03_003/)、[招待原因](https://help.bethel.com.tw/docs/catering05-01-03_004/)、[POS快速鍵設定](https://help.bethel.com.tw/docs/catering05-01-03_005/)…等，如果要建立的資料量多，可以用[批次匯入](https://help.bethel.com.tw/docs/catering05-01-05_001/)的方式。 **2.營業點設定：** 帳號開通後，系統預設會有一個營業點，若有多個門市或機台，則需要進入[營業點資料](https://help.bethel.com.tw/docs/catering05-03_001/)進行管理。 **3.週邊設備設定：** POS機通常都會搭配像是[客顯](https://help.bethel.com.tw/docs/catering01-03-02_003/)、[出單機](https://help.bethel.com.tw/docs/catering01-03-01_003/)、[錢櫃](https://help.bethel.com.tw/docs/catering01-03-02_002/)…等的設備，或者是你可能會使用到刷卡機，這些都需要先完成軟硬體的相關設定。 **4.電子發票設定：** 如果有使用電子發票，除了一開始的[申請](https://help.bethel.com.tw/docs/catering01-01_002/)之外，還需要進行發票的[取號](https://help.bethel.com.tw/docs/catering08_002/)、[配號](https://help.bethel.com.tw/docs/catering08_003/)…等的相關設定，這樣 POS 才能取到發票號碼進行開立。 **5.進貨管理：** 如果您需要控管庫存，在系統啟用後，可以透過[進貨驗收](https://help.bethel.com.tw/docs/catering07-01_001/)，輸入商品進貨成本及數量，開始庫存與成本的管控。 完成上面的步驟，接下來就可以進入 POS 收銀的部份了。 ##### 新增 POS 帳號 登入 POS 系統，只要後台新增 POS 帳號，綁定營業點機台，開啟 POS 的登入頁，輸入帳密即可。 在後台的【設定作業】 > 【用戶設定】新增一組帳號。 注意「營業點」和「收銀機號」一定要做設定，並且「帳戶類型」要選擇 POS 帳號，POS 前台才可以用這組帳號登入喔！ [![](https://help.bethel.com.tw/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/%E7%94%A8%E6%88%B6%E8%B3%87%E6%96%9901-1-1024x441.png)](https://help.bethel.com.tw/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/%E7%94%A8%E6%88%B6%E8%B3%87%E6%96%9901-1.png) ##### 收銀結帳的基本操作導覽 [![](https://help.bethel.com.tw/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/POS收銀結帳-1-2-1024x339.webp)](https://help.bethel.com.tw/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/POS收銀結帳-1-2-1024x339.webp) 上圖表示的是當日從營業開始到營業結束，整體收銀結帳的流程，包含登入、開班、收銀結帳、關班清帳等作業環節。有關更詳細的 POS 操作說明，請參閱以下連結，並進行該設備其他篇章的延伸閱讀： - [new2DC](https://help.bethel.com.tw/docs/catering02-01_001/) - [new2ECR](https://help.bethel.com.tw/docs/catering02-02_001/)
